HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Never again the employees are disrespectful they do not clean up it’s very dirty and they have basketballs all over the place causing people to trip and fall my nine-year-old daughter came home crying because the employees were disrespectful in five below and they are liars!Never shop here disrespectful and honestly disgusting!

Customer service is very poor. Associates need some type of diversity training. Following and watching customers of color while shopping is poor customer service and considered racist.

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by someone so friendly and chipper, I usually like to keep to myself, but Stephanie just made me feel so comfortable I grabbed a basket to wander around. A great selection and clean store, I love the amount of anime posters you can get here!
